B3C CLUB RULES

  • Membership Duration: Membership starts from 01st October and ends on 30th September every year. Members have to renew their membership by 15th September every year.
  • Basic Requirements: Members must be of age 18+ and must hold a valid driving license.
  • Valid Vehicle Registration: Members must ensure that their vehicle documents (Smart card, Insurance, Pollution and Road Tax) are valid and up to date.
  • Membership Fees: An annual membership fee (Rs. 299/Per Year for Standard Membership and Rs. 999/Per Year for Advanced Memberships which is by invitation only) will be charged for joining and being a part of the group. This fee amount may fluctuate in future. Separate registration will be collected for any other specific ride or group activity.
  • Membership Gifts: Membership includes welcome Gifts such as B3C Customized key chain, sticker and smart safety tag only for the first year.
  • Non-refundable: Membership fees is non-refundable in case you wish to leave the group or if the group decides to dismiss your membership for any valid reason.
  • Equality: We accept everyone to be our member irrespective of their financial status, gender, caste, religion, etc.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Members must avoid doing cheap stunts, consume alcohol or be under influence of any substance during group rides. If found doing so, the group would take strict action and may expel him/her from the group.
  • Riding Gear Requirements: Use of approved helmets, appropriate jackets, other guards, etc. are mandatory while group rides.
  • Bike Maintenance: Members must ensure the motorcycle is fully serviced before any group ride and must carry their required tools and other accessories.
  • Personal Information: Members must provide details such as D.O.B., Aadhar Card Details, Blood Group, Driving License, Emergency Contact Number, etc. for safety and emergency purposes to participate in any group ride.
  • Ride Discipline & Formations: Members must follow group riding protocols and obey lead rider instructions while group rides.
  • Inactivity Check: Inactive or "dormant" members who do not participate in meets or rides over a designated period may have their membership reviewed or revoked.
  • Roadside Safety Assistance: During group rides, be tension free if you face a breakdown, a flat tire, or an accident. You will have immediate backup, mechanical assistance, and group members to help you out.
  • Skill Development & Mentorship: Workshops will be organized to share travel stories, help riders learn advanced cornering techniques, braking strategies, and defensive driving habits from experienced members or guests.
  • Community Activity: You can also be part of safety and charity rides, blood donation camps, and relief distribution drives through group activities.
  • Other Guidelines and Terms and Conditions: Members must comply with any other guidelines or terms and conditions that may be laid down or added in future as per requirement.
  • Harassment: Members must refrain from getting involved in any illegal activity, unacceptable behavior, sexual harassment within the group/members. He/she would be expelled from the group if proven guilty.
  • Final Decision: Core committee decision would be considered final regarding any member, his/her behavior during group activities and amendment of subscription policies.
